• Geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) — automatically derived from the entered city, used solely for prayer time calculation.
• Reminder preferences (enabled prayers, azkar and ayah sending intervals).
• Operation logs and system errors — for service improvement and stability.

2. How We Use Information

• Operating and managing notifications (prayer, azkar).
• Improving service quality and user experience.
• Complying with legal obligations if requested by official authorities.

3. Information Sharing

• We do not sell or trade personal data.
• We share data only when legally required or to protect our rights.
• We use external services for prayer time calculation and geolocation. Only the city name or coordinates are sent to these services without any personal data.

4. Data Retention Period

• We retain operational data and settings as long as necessary to provide the service.
• When the bot is removed from a server, all settings and data for that server are automatically and immediately deleted.
• Operation and error logs are retained for 14 days then automatically deleted.

5. Data Security

• We follow standard security practices: encrypted communications, restricted access permissions, regular backups.
• No system is 100% secure — we advise users to exercise caution.

6. User Rights

• You have the right to request access to your data or delete your settings.
• You can delete any setting directly through the bot's commands, or remove the bot from the server to automatically delete all data.
